MAVERICKS, California - Nic Vaughan is a beast and charges some of the biggest waves in the world. From Peahi to Todos to Mavericks and more Nic has been riding giants and making a name for himself over the last few years in the big wave community. While riding these massive beasts is thrilling and a blast to say the least, it isn’t always fun and games as you’re bound to take a beating from time to time. Nic has had his fair share of tumbles and recently got the beating of a lifetime out at Mavericks, and Surfline just featured it as one of their greatest wipeouts.
